The Huon Valley & Kingborough Workforce Planning Study final report is the culmination of a 5-month partnership between SETN and KPMG, during which we consulted with local industry and major employers through survey, group workshops, and interviews, to gain a thorough understanding of current workforce supply and capability, challenges, opportunities, and future growth projections.

The report details strategies and actions that will support the SETN Jobs Hub in defining our role in workforce planning across the Huon Valley and Kingborough region to support this growth.

Importantly, it also provides insight for industry and employers to consider while undertaking their own workforce planning activities.
