  • Cleaning Crew for Large Local Employer

    Do you have a passion for cleanliness? Have meticulous attention to detail and want to work as part of a supportive and vibrant team?

    Reporting to the Cleaning Coordinator but also working closely with the Manager QA and Food Safety, you’ll not only deliver cleaning services for the whole site (inc. but not limited to, production, warehouse and offices) but have the opportunity to develop them to ensure the organisation is a clean and healthy place to work.

    The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Complete cleaning of working areas and facilities as per the cleaning plans

    - Liaise with Cleaning Coordinator to ensure daily staff cleaning schedules are adequate and appropriate

    - Monitor cleaning supplies and consumables and advise Cleaning Coordinator when necessary for reordering

    - Work Safely and effectively with other staff and cleaning plant and equipment such as pressure cleaners and floor scrubbers

    Essential Requirements. You must be able to:

    - Demonstrate substantial cleaning experience in an Industrial setting

    - Work on your own without supervision and work safely within WHS laws and guideline

    - Closely follow instructions and plans, it is critical that we follow our cleaning regime in order to produce safe, high-quality food products for our customers

    - Be trustworthy and meticulous about your work and take responsibility for your results

    - Be exceptionally reliable

    * Ordinary Hours of Work: 4.30pm – 8.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4.30pm Fridays (with the option changing to Saturday to accommodate Production schedule changes)
