The SETN team use a small number of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with internal tasks like drafting documents, summarising information, or improving administrative efficiency.
However, human interaction is at the heart of everything we do. Whether we’re supporting a jobseeker, working with an employer, or collaborating with a community partner, our focus remains on building meaningful, person-centered relationships.
AI is never used to make decisions about individuals. All client-facing services, communication, and decision-making involves our staff, and all personal information is handled with care, oversight, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to using digital tools responsibly and transparently, and only where they enhance the human connection that underpins our work.
